1. Session Attendance and Cancellation: If we do not hear from you within 30 minutes of your scheduled session’s start time, we will need to cancel the session and the full fee will be charged. We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we will always do our best to accommodate you where we can. This policy helps us to keep things running smoothly for all of our clients.
2. Session Scheduling: Sessions are booked in advance and subject to availability. We are always happy to do our utmost to accommodate changes where possible, but this will depend on notice and available times. Please do let us know as soon as you can if you need to make any adjustments, and we’ll do everything we can to help.
3.  Client Arrival: To ensure a positive experience for everyone, we kindly request that you arrive promptly for your session. As we do not have a waiting area, arriving more than 5 minutes early can disrupt other clients. If you are running late or need any assistance, please let us know and we’ll always try to help.
4.  Payments: We kindly ask that all payments are made within 14 days of the invoice date. If there are any difficulties, please do contact us and we’ll do our best to assist. Please note that late payments may result in additional charges or a temporary pause in future sessions until payment is received.
5. Referrer’s Responsibility: It’s important that Somerset Equus receives up-to-date and relevant information about the client from the referrer. Accurate information helps us to provide the best possible support and service. If you have any concerns or need to update us, please get in touch – we are here to help.
6. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We may update them from time to time, but we will always notify you of any changes.
